Join the partnership

You can join the partnership by completing the following three steps:

1. Fill out and sign the subscription form below and email it to oliver@sungcap.com no later than the second-to-last business day of the month.
2. Fill out the KYC form you’ll receive by email and return it together with a copy of your passport and national ID (or, if applicable, the identification of the authorised representative of the subscribing entity). If you invest privately, you’ll receive a statement of qualification as a semi-professional investor, too.
3. Transfer the subscription amount to the Fund’s account so that it’s received by the last business day of the month.

The subscription amount entitles you to a proportional ownership interest in Sung Partnership ApS.

The number of shares issued is calculated based on the company’s net asset value (NAV) at month-end, using closing prices. Entry costs of 0.30% (covering legal fees, registration fees, and transaction costs) are deducted from the subscription amount when determining the number of shares.

On the first business day of the following month, the Fund’s legal counsel prepares and circulates the capital increase documentation for digital signature, including the updated shareholder register and articles of association. The legal counsel then registers the capital increase with the Danish Business Authority.
